On-site Installation
This service allows a Packet General professionally trained security staff member to undertake the installation process at a customer site. A Packet General security professional as well as your engagement manager are also available remotely during the planning stages. This service offering includes on-site install and initial configure of Packet General appliances on-site. This service offering doesn't include data migration.
Data Migration Services
Packet General experts can help migrate data from insecure servers to Packet General appliances in order to secure information and to achieve regulatory compliance. This service requires not only system/security expertise but also application expertise. A team of Packet General security professionals generally render this service keeping the downtime to near zero. The scope of every engagement varies so this service is only rendered on time and material basis.
